Evergreens March 2023
During our trip to Disney in March 2023, we stayed at Shades of Green. It has quickly become our favorite resorts. One of their quick service restaurants is called Evergreens. We eat there usually multiple times within a trip typically for various reasons. We love the staff and the food.
There can be some confusion when you first go inside as to where to go. On the map it looks as if the entire building is Evergreens, but that is not the case. When you first walk in you have like a “lobby” with seats and restrooms. You also can access the arcade in here as well. As far as the restaurant you have two options - you can order from the takeout window in the lobby, or you can go inside and order from the bar and have a seat. That is the key here too, you seat yourself after ordering at the bar, but it feels like more of a sit down restaurant. There is plenty of seating both inside and outside of the restaurant, and they deliver the food to your table.
The food here is delicious and affordable. They have amazing cocktails as well. I loved the shrimp tacos (below) and chicken quesadillas. Melody loves the fries, and the burgers are good too. The other amazing thing here is the staff. They get to know you. They literally knew our drink order every time we came by. If you are ever here, definitely get it a try!
