June 2023 Fun
Summer is already half way over for us, and it has really been a fast one. I tried not to plan too much this summer, yet we still feel like we are going nonstop. My hopes are the last couple of weeks of July will be calm and full of establishing routines and relaxing. But you can check out all we did in June below!
Melody was kept busy checking things off our bucket list. We visited the splash pad, she got to ride in a limo on a date with Brad, we visited our home town with friends, we played at the pool with friends, Melody attended music camp and found a love for piano and singing, we went to the Kiddie Carnival, and we spent lots of time hanging out with friends at each others’ houses.
Melody got her hair trimmed and her ears pierced!
We went to New Orleans for a family wedding, and we went to Buc-ee’s on the way home.
We built forts, played games, and napped.
Lastly, we celebrated Father’s Day, started swim lessons, and had our 7 year checkup!
